Version 0.6.0: Community Update 4


Another update with lots of smaller fixes, and a new foliage shader system... since I had a frame drop of ~10fps on Steam Deck (thanks Florian Siemer for pointing that out :)), I had to change the old Foliage Shader to a lighter version of it, with less details - but that totally fits the style of the game ... "less is more". 

Then I added another "layer of foliage", with the BoingKit asset (currently on sale in the Unity Asset Store ;)) ... which reaaaally adds a lot to it, gives it a lot more "depth"...

So, I am happy with that... and I hope, you too :)

  • new player animations when not in fight / no enemy near
  • added player animation for picking up stuff from a table etc. (not from ground)
  • new NPC animations (Ramius, Uncle Bill)
  • increased Ramius movement speed
  • new foliage shader -> more foliage details (bushes, grain) 
  • light adjustments (dungeon)
  • fixed: button click sound while animating dialogue options in (there should be no sound if click doesn't count)
  • fixed: action UI not hiding immediately after being applied
  • fixed: entering a door will always be executed, even if physics objects are in the way
  • fixed: Message Box UI could crash in some rare cases (going from in-game to main menu)
